According to him, PSL pays more money than England, and he has decided to honor a lucrative £145,000 contract with Islamabad United.

Alex Hales, who was sensational in the ICC T20 World Cup, has decided to skip the Bangladesh white-ball tour for Pakistan Super League.

Hales was recalled to the England side after years and showcased in the title-winning campaign why he is one of the most dangerous batters in the game’s shortest format.

According to him, PSL pays more money than England, and he has decided to honor a lucrative £145,000 contract with Islamabad United.

“This will be my fifth season with the franchise. Last season, the team stood by me in a tough situation. I have made myself available this season as I love this team,” he said.

He is looking forward to playing in front of their home crowd in Rawalpindi.

“I am ready to play in Rawalpindi this year. I want to experience Islamabad’s home crowd as well.
