India fast bowler Thangarasu Natarajan is currently spending quality time with his family at his home in Kerala. The 29-year-old was rested for the ongoing Test series against England after his successful tour Down Under. However, has been named in the T20I squad for the five-match series, starting from March 12.
Natarajan, who was earlier included in the Tamil Nadu squad for the Vijay Hazare Trophy one-day tournament was released by the state association after BCCI’s request before announcing the team for the 5 T20Is against Eoin Morgan-led side.
The Salem-born speedster recently took to his official Instagram handle and shared an adorable picture with his wife Pavithra and daughter Hanvika.
Captioning the post, Natarajan wrote, “Our little angel Hanvika. You are our life’s most beautiful gift. You are the reason why our life is so much happier. Thank you laddu for choosing us as ur parents. We love u always and forever.”
The speedster had missed the birth of his daughter in November as he was playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League. Following the conclusion of IPL in UAE, Natarajan then flew to Australia for three ODIs, as many T20Is, and a four-match Test series.
T Natarajan was initially picked as a net bowler for the Australia tour after his impressive performance in the IPL 2020. He had finished the tournament with 16 scalps in 16 games at an economy rate of 8.02.
