Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma is currently gearing up for the upcoming edition of IPL, which is set to kick-off from April 9. After leading his side to five historic triumphs, Rohit will be eyeing to become the first captain in the cash-rich league to win three back-to-back titles.

While the IPL players will be a part of a bio-secure environment, just like last year, some of the franchises have allowed the families to travel with the cricketers.

Apart from the huge fanbase of Mumbai Indians on social media platforms, Rohit will also have his family to cheer him up in a challenging bio-bubble life.

MI recently took to their official Twitter handle and posted an adorable video in which Rohit’s daughter Samaira can be seen answering a few queries of her mother Ritika Sajdeh.

The caption of the video reads, “From a mini pull-shot to an MI cheer chant, Sammy’s #IPL2021 plan is ready.

Samaira also showed the fans how she will cheer for the five-time champions in the IPL 2021 and also practiced the signal for a four.

Rohit Sharma’s men will lock horns against Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore in the tournament opener at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Last year, MI defeated Shreyas Iyer’s Delhi Capitals in the final showdown to clinch their fifth IPL trophy at the Dubai International Stadium.
