Suryakumar Yadav is the best middle-order batsman of Team India – Irfan Pathan
Suryakumar has been ruled out of the contest due to an injury and replaced by Ramandeep Singh.

Suryakumar Yadav is the only Mumbai Indians batter who has shown consistency in IPL 2022. The veteran had to miss the first two matches of the 15th season due to an injury but has been dealing in runs in the last two matches.

Former India player Irfan Pathan has rated SKY highly and feels he is the best middle-order batsman of Team India.

Irfan made this statement after Suryakumar scored an unbeaten 68 off 37 balls against Royal Challengers Bangalore. His knock was laced with 6 sixes and 5 fours, and he had a strike rate of 183.78.

Mumbai, who had lost 6 wickets with 79 on the board, accumulated 151/6 in 20 overs.

‘He has all the strokes in his batting arsenal. Suryakumar Yadav is the best middle-order batsman of Team India. Look at the way he played against RCB. He was unstoppable against all the bowlers,” said Irfan Pathan
