Former Indian opener Aakash Chopra is shocked at how Chennai Super Kings have handled Ravindra Jadeja's situation

Former Indian opener Aakash Chopra is shocked at how Chennai Super Kings have handled Ravindra Jadeja’s situation and said he feels that the all-rounder may not play for the CSK in IPL 2023. Chopra feels there might be a lot going on behind the scenes for CSK, and he also pointed out the example of Suresh Raina.

Jadeja was ruled out of the remaining matches of IPL 2022 with a rib injury. The Chennai Super Kings all-rounder has 116 runs and took just 5 wickets in 10 matches.

Jadeja, who has been a part of Chennai Super Kings for almost 10 years, was unfollowed by the franchise on their Instagram handle.

“I have a feeling Jaddu won’t be with CSK next year. In the CSK camp, you don’t exactly know what has happened to the player when he is injured or gets dropped from the team. A similar thing happened to Suresh Raina in 2021. After some games, they left him out of the team,” Chopra said while speaking in a video on his YouTube channel.
