Quinton de Kock has been an aggressive batter since making his debut.

Quinton de Kock played a responsible innings in his team’s fourth match of IPL 2022.

Chasing 150 to win, the left-handed batter amassed a well-compiled fifty to keep the Lucknow Super Giants ahead in the game.

The southpaw has scored 19 fifty-plus scores as a wicket-keeper in IPL. Quinton surpassed Robin Uthappa and Dinesh Karthik, who registered 18 such scores.

The South African player contributed 80 off 52 balls and went on to hit 9 fours and 2 sixes.

KL Rahul and MS Dhoni have hit 24 fifty-plus scores and lead the list.

De Kock was with Mumbai Indian until the last season of the tournament but was not retained ahead of the mega auction.

However, despite trying their best, the Rohit Sharma-led team couldn’t buy him back, and Lucknow won the race after successfully bidding for him.
