Prithvi Shaw, who missed the last game between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, has revealed that he is admitted to a hospital and recovering from fever.

The DC opener shared a picture from the hospital room. In 9 matches this season, Shaw accumulated 259 runs at an average of 28.78. Shaw last played against Lucknow Super Giants on May 1. He was replaced by Mandeep Singh in the playing XI.

“Admitted in hospital and recovering from fever. Thank you for all your good wishes, will be back in action soon,” Shaw said in an Instagram story on Sunday.
