Mumbai Indians’ captain Rohit Sharma showed class in his side’s opening game against Delhi Capitals. The IPL 2022 saw Rohit playing some breathtaking strokes.
The 34-year old scored 41 off 32 balls, laced with 4 fours and 2 sixes and added 67 runs for the opening wickets with Ishan Kishan.
Rohit has reached the second spot in the list of most 30+ scores in IPL history. Sharma surpassed David Warner, who had registered 80 such scores in the best T20 league of the world.
Shikhar is the second player who has amassed 30+ scores on 81 occasions. The list is headed by RCB’s greatest batter Virat Kohli, whose tally stands at 91.
