The former India all-rounder took to Twitter to post a controversial 'gentlemen' tweet that made fans believe he was mocking Ashwin. 

Legendary Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has taken a dig at one of the players of Rajasthan Royals by using Jos Buttler as a reference. With R Ashwin always hogging the limelight for various reasons, the fans are confused whether Yuvraj is targeting the Indian off-spinner. 

The former India all-rounder took to Twitter to post a controversial ‘gentlemen’ tweet that made fans believe he was mocking Ashwin. 

The 40-year-old wrote that cricket still has gentlemen left in the game, with Buttler being one. While Yuvraj lauded the England wicket-keeper, his last line has divided social media when he said that Jos’ teammates must learn from him. 

“We still have a gentleman in the game of cricket. @josbuttler 👏🏽 other players should learn from him, especially teammates,” he wrote.

Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by 37 runs to top the points table. The Hardik Pandya-led side has eight points after five matches, with six franchises currently tied at six points. Meanwhile, Buttler has the Orange Cap with 272 runs. On the other hand, Hardik is second with 228 runs under his belt.
