Virat Kohli's form has dipped to an all-time low.

Former Indian batter Aakash Chopra has stated that it is important for Virat Kohli to start scoring big runs for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2022. Chopra further stated that the sooner the 33-year old find his form, the better for the team.

The former skipper of RCB scored an unbeaten 41 off 29 balls against the Punjab Kings (PBKS), but he was dismissed for 12 off seven deliveries against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Chopra asserted that Virat’s track record at the Wankhede Stadium is phenomenal, where the RCB will take on Rajasthan Royals on Tuesday.

“Virat has been sensational at the Wankhede stadium. Can we get to see runs from his bat against RR? For RCB, he must get back among the runs.”

The former RCB skipper has hit four half-centuries in 12 IPL games at the Wankhede Stadium. RCB had defeated RR by 10 wickets when the two last met at the same venue.

In that game, Kohli had accumulated an unbeaten 72 off 47 balls, while Devdutt Padikkal smashed an unbeaten 101 off 52 deliveries.
