Things got heated between Parag and RCB pacer Harshal Patel during the match.

On Tuesday, Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 29 runs to top the points table. Riyan Parag and Kuldeep Sen were the stars of RR’s victory. However, things got heated between Parag and RCB pacer Harshal Patel during the match.

During the end of Rajasthan’s innings, the incident took place when Riyan hit Patel for a six to finish off the last over in style. The two players were seen yelling at each other before they were separated. It is still unknown what made these two lose cool.

After the match, Harshal refused to shake hands with Parag when the latter offered him a courtesy gesture. The fast bowler went past the batter without even looking at him. Patel’s actions shocked Parag.

Meanwhile, Parag scored an unbeaten 56 off 31 balls to help his side post 144/8 in 20 overs. Apart from him, captain Sanju Samson amassed 27 off 21 balls. For RCB, Mohammed Siraj, Josh Hazlewood, and Wanindu Hasaranga took two wickets each.

In reply, RCB were bowled out for just 115 runs. Rajasthan’s Kuldeep Sen registered a four-wicket haul. R Ashwin dismissed three batters while Trent Boult picked two. Parag was named the player of the match for his fifty.
