Hardik Pandya playing straight drive
Mumbai will be paying 15 crore to GT to get Hardik on board for IPL 2024.

Hardik Pandya was looking to make a comeback through IPL 2022, where he was given the responsibility of leading Gujarat Titans despite not being in form and out of Team India.

The star all-rounder has proved his critics wrong by leading Gujarat to three wins in as many games in the 15th season of the league.

The skipper led from the front and scored 50 off 40 balls in the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He hit 4 fours and a six in his knock. The right-handed batter also completed 100 sixes in the cash-rich league, becoming the third-fastest to reach the landmark in terms of balls.

Hardik has faced 1046 balls in the tournament so far. The list is headed by Andre Russell (657) and Chris Gayle (943).
