MS Dhoni fulfilled the wish of one his fans when he signed on the fuel tank of his fan’s new Royal Enfield motorbike. A fan in Ranchi wanted Dhoni’s autograph and the former India skipper didn’t disappoint the young man.

In a video going viral, he can be seen signing on the fuel tank of the bike as the fan continues watching him in delight.

Meanwhile, the 38-year old has not played cricket since India’s semi-final exit at World Cup

Dhoni took a break to serve in the Indian Army. He was not named in the squad for the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh.

MSK Prasad, the head of the selection committee, stated that they have moved on from the veteran are looking to rope in youngsters.

“We are moving on, we are very clear. Post World Cup we have been clear. We started backing (Rishabh) Pant and wanted to see him do well. He may not have had the best of matches but we are clear, we are focusing on him only,” Prasad said after announcing the squads for the series against Bangladesh.

“We’re looking at younger options after the World Cup, so you can understand our thought process. We definitely had a chat with Dhoni and he also endorses our view of backing youngsters.”
