In the WPL 2026 auction, RCB bought one of the most beautiful cricketers in the world, England’s fast bowler Lauren Bell, for ₹90 lakh. The 24-year-old had set her base price at ₹30 lakh, but RCB did not hesitate to spend three times the amount on her.
Standing 6.2 feet tall, Lauren is no less than a Hollywood actress when it comes to beauty.
So far, Lauren Bell has played 5 Test matches and taken 18 wickets, 31 ODIs with 44 wickets, and 36 T20I matches in which she has claimed 50 wickets for England.
Lauren was previously a part of the UP Warriorz team in the WPL, but she did not get a chance to play even a single match.
Interestingly, before becoming a full-time cricketer, Lauren Bell also played football for the Reading FC Academy until the age of 16.
Because of her tall and athletic build, she has earned the nickname “The Shard,” inspired by the iconic 72-storey skyscraper in London.
