The Pakistan Super League is set to begin on March 26, but even before the league starts, questions have been raised about Pakistan’s security arrangements. Because of this, several foreign players may withdraw their names.

Recently, Pakistan carried out an airstrike on a hospital in Afghanistan, where more than 400 people were reportedly killed. Following this incident, foreign players participating in the PSL are said to be worried.

Reports are now emerging that Cricket Australia has advised its players not to travel to certain cities in Pakistan. According to recent media reports, the Australian government and the board have specifically warned players against going to Peshawar, where a PSL match is scheduled. The reason behind this is that the city is located close to the Afghanistan border.

However, the Pakistan Cricket Board has dismissed these reports. The board stated, “All travel arrangements and plans are in place, and all Australian players who have signed for PSL 11 will start arriving next week.”
