Scott Edwards is a wicketkeeper for the Netherlands cricket team, who was born in Tonga but grew up in Australia. He made his ODI debut against Nepal in August 2018 and his T20I debut against Ireland in June 2018. Edwards was named as the new captain of the Dutch cricket team in June 2022, after Pieter Seelaar was forced to retire from international cricket. He is currently studying for a Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University.
