Anmolpreet Singh was Punjab’s hero as he slammed 113 runs off 61 balls, laced with 10 fours and 6 sixes.

Nehal Wadhera’s carnage was the highlight of the game. He smashed 61 runs off 27 balls, with the help of 6 fours and 4 sixes, as Punjab crossed the 200-run mark.

Baroda tried their best, and despite aggressive batting display by Abhimanyusingh Rajput (61 runs off 42 balls), Ninad Rathva (47 runs off 22 balls), Krunal Pandya (45 runs off 32 balls) and Vishnu Solanki (28 runs off 11 balls), they fell short by 20 runs.

Arshdeep Singh was the stand-out bowler, picking 4 wickets while conceding just 23 runs from 4 overs.

Anmolpreet Singh was named the Player of the Match for his hundred. Abhishek Sharma, who scored 485 runs and took 2 wickets for Punjab in the tournament, was awarded the Player of the Series award.
