Zimbabwe had an easy outing against Oman in the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. Chasing 104 runs, the Sikandar Raza-led team reached the target in 13.3 overs, with eight wickets in hand. Brian Bennett (48* off 36), Tadiwanashe Marumani (21 off 11) and Brendan Taylor (31* off 30) were the main contributors with the bat.

Earlier, Zimbabwe bowlers put Oman under pressure from the start and dismissed them for 103 in 19.5 overs. The top order collapsed, and only three batters managed to touch the double-digit mark.

Vinayak Shukla (28), Sufyan Mehmood (25) and Nadeem Khan (20) took the score above 100 runs. Richard Ngarava, Blessing Muzarabani and Brad Evans took three wickets each.
