The ongoing season of the Ranji Trophy has seen top performances from a lot of players. Yash Dhull, who led India to a U-19 World Cup title, scored a century on his Ranji debut. Playing for Delhi, he showed his class against Saurashtra.
Impressed with his knock, former England player Michael Vaughan said Dhull is destined to play for India.
“100 on his first-class debut … Yash Dhull is a player we will be seeing lots of over the next few years … #India #RanjiTrophy,” said Vaughan.
Dhull, opening the innings for his state team, struck 113 off 150 balls with as many as 18 boundaries. Delhi Capitals bought Dhull for IPL 2022.
