Virat Kohli injured his knee against GT

Virat Kohli has been brilliant for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the do-or-die game against Gujarat Titans at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. The 34-year-old struck a century, where other batters failed to score big and lived up to his reputation of turning up in big games.

Virat scored 101(61), which included 13 fours and a solitary six. Besides that, Virat was also electric in the field and took a stunning catch to get rid of Vijay Shankar.

It was on the 5th ball of the 15th over when Virat took a stunning catch to dismiss Shankar and broke 123 runs stand between Vijay and Shubman Gill. However, much to everyone’s concern, Virat was seen limping when he took the catch and hurt his knee.  Here is the video of the catch, and the moment when Virat injured his knee.

Notably, after the catch, Virat did not take the field and was spotted sitting in the dugout. He is one of the key players of Team India for the World Test Championship final vs Australia.
