Indian speedster, T Natarajan on Thursday received a grand welcome in his village Chinnapampatti in Salem district after his commendable performances in Australia. The 29-year-old pacer had a dream debut in the four-match Test series against Tim Paine-led side as he picked up three wickets in the series-decider at the Gabba in Brisbane.
Earlier, Natarajan also made his ODI and T20I debut during the same tour and impressed everyone with his bowling exploits.

Meanwhile, Indian batting legend, Virender Sehwag took to his official Instagram handle and shared a video in which Natarajan can be seen escorted by a huge crowd.
The caption of the post reads, “Swagat nahi karoge? This is India. Here cricket is not just a game. It is so much more. #natarajan getting a grand welcome upon his arrival at his Chinnappampatti village in Salem district. What a story.”
Like many other legendary cricketers, Sehwag was also in awe of Natarajan’s performance during the Australia tour.
