India pacer Mohammed Shami, who is currently in England for the upcoming four-match Test series against the Joe Root-led side, recently took to his official Instagram handle and shared an adorable video of his daughter Aaira.
In the clip, Aaira can be seen shaking legs on the popular song ‘Ek Baar Parda Hata De Sharabi.’
Soon after Shami posted the video, fans flooded the comments section with praises.
Impressed with Aaira’s dancing skills, former India cricketer, Mohammed Kaif wrote, “Superb Bebo.”
The post has already garnered over 2 lakh views and more than 50,000 likes on Instagram.
Notably, Shami’s estranged wife Hasin Jahan has been living separately with Aaira due to their marital dispute. However, it seems like the 30-year-old speedster has been keeping an eye on his little girl’s activities.
On the cricket front, Shami performed well in the final of the inaugural World Test Championship (WTC) against the Kane Williamson-led side last month. He picked up a four-wicket haul in New Zealand’s first innings while conceding 76 runs. However, Shami’s efforts went in vain as India eventually lost the summit clash to Kiwis by 8 wickets at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton.
Following the conclusion of the WTC final, Virat Kohli’s men will next lock horns with England in the forthcoming Test series, which is set to kick-off from August 4.
