Team India defeated England by 49 runs in the second T20I in Birmingham. With the victory, the Men in Blue sealed the series, having won the opening game at the Rose Bowl on Thursday.

India scored 170/8 in 20 overs after being invited to bat. The bowlers defended the total smartly as they bowled out the hosts on merely 121.

Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Rishabh Pant, and Ravindra Jadeja were included in the side. Kohli scored just 1 run and was caught by Dawid Malan.

The 33-year-old was seen talking and dancing with the fans during England’s innings.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar (3 wickets), Jasprit Bumrah (2 wickets) and Yuzvendra (2 wickets) were brilliant in the bowling department.

Moeen Ali (35) and David Willey (33) tried their best but their dismissals ended England’s hopes.

For India, a 29-ball 46 from Ravindra Jadeja took India to 170-8.
