After a long break from international cricket, Virat Kohli returned to form. He has improved from the first game of the Asia Cup 2022 against Pakistan. Virat amassed 35 runs which increased to 59 in the second game with Hong Kong.
The third contest against the Men in Green saw Kohli scoring 60 off 44 balls, a massive change from his ordinary scores in the previous tours.
Former India player Mohammad Kaif, who has been a big supporter of Virat, wrote a heart-winning tweet for the 33-year-old batter.
“Virat Kohli will always be a champion cricketer, one of the best batsman ever to play the game and someone who makes us proud to be an Indian.”
It was Kohli who took India to 181/7 in 20 overs in Dubai. He hit 4 fours and a six, and his runs came at a strike rate of 136.36.
