India failed to win the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia. England defeated the Men in Blue by 10 wickets in the semi-final of the tournament at the Adelaide Oval.
Fans were impressed by Virat Kohli knock at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. He scored a majestic 82 off 53 deliveries as he steered the side to a successful run chase.
Virat’s six on Haris Rauf’s delivery was the most special shot of the event. Kohli hit a massive six over the bowler’s head on a length delivery.
Rauf admitted that six hurt him. “It hurt me personally but I didn’t said anything. I thought something wrong had happened,” said Haris Rauf.
However, the Pakistan speedster said that Virat will not be able to play that shot again.
“Virat is a great player but he will not be able to play that shot again. Such shots are quite rare and you can’t repeat them. His timing was perfect and the ball went for a six,” he added.
