However, Virat, KL Rahul, and R Ashwin did not take the outcome lightly and reacted angrily. The controversial comments were caught on the stump mic leading to criticism from former cricketers and fans.
Some of the former cricketers demanded strict action against Virat for bringing the game into dispute. In the same light, when the Test skipper was asked about his view on the entire saga, he said – “I am not there to make any controversy from the DRS decision.
