Yash was lauded for his captaincy during the event, and he also scored an impressive hundred in the semi-final against Australia. The Boys in Blue defeated England in the final to lift the fifth global title in this category. Yash has been selected in Delhi’s state side for the Ranji Trophy 2022.

His role model is Virat Kohli, who is also from Delhi, and the youngster wants to take Kohli’s aggression, attitude, and intention forward in his career.
