Babar Azam was at his best in the third T20I against South Africa. The skipper of the side scored a magnificent ton to lead his side to an unassailable 2-1 lead in the four-match series.

After being asked to bat, Janneman Malan and Aiden Markram scored a half-century each and put South Africa in control. The two shared a partnership of 108 runs off 64 balls. In the end, Rassie van der Dussen’s cameo of 34 off 20 balls took South Africa to 203 for five from 20 overs.

The target was not easy but Babar Azam’s 122 runs off just 59 balls brought the tie in Pakistan’s favour. His innings was laced with 15 fours and four sixes. Meanwhile, Rizwan scored an unbeaten 73 runs off 47 balls with five fours and two sixes. Pakistan won the game by 9 wickets in the end.
