Suryakumar Yadav has done reasonably well in one-day internationals despite limited opportunities. The right-handed batter scored an unbeaten 34 off 36 balls in the first ODI against West Indies. He took India to win by wickets.
He is the 1st ever Indian player to score 5 30+ Scores in 1st 5 ODI innings. Even the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma couldn’t achieve this impressive feat in their careers.
The 31-year old is in the scheme of things for the upcoming World Cups in 2022 and 2023.
