Australia took a 2-0 lead in the five-Test Ashes series on Monday by beating England by 275 runs and all but ensured the century-old urn will remain Down Under.
Set 468 runs to win, England were bowled out for 192 with 21 overs remaining on the final day of play in the day-night test at Adelaide Oval.
Steve Smith, the stand-in skipper, was spot with his decision making during the proceedings. He expressed happiness after Australia registered another comprehensive win against the arch-rivals.
When Smith was asked about a suggestion he would like to give to England skipper Joe Root, the veteran said – “The best advice I could give to Joe Root is just trust yourself and do everything you can ti help the team to grow and be as successful as you can.”
