India are looking to win their maiden Test series in the rainbow nation.

Former pacer Makhaya Ntini is backing South Africa to win the Test series against India. At the same time, the legend Allan Donald feels the Jasprit Bumrah-led bowling lineup will test the inexperienced batting of the hosts. The first Test starts in Centurion on December 26. India are looking to win their maiden Test series in the rainbow nation.

“India have a very good bowling attack but the South Africa batters know the conditiosn well. I don’t see India winning against the Proteas. It will mean a lot if we can win,” said Ntini.

On the other hand, Donald says whichever team bats better will win the series. “Both teams have strong bowling units and the batting on both sides will be tested,” said Donald.

“For me performance of the batters will decide the outcome of the series,” he added.
