Shubman Gill couldn’t make his IPL form count in India’s first innings of the ICC World Test Championship final against Australia at the Oval in London. The young batter was clean bowled by Scott Boland after leaving the ball that came in sharply.

He thought the ball would pass outside the off stump but it rattled the wickes, leaving Gill in a state of shock. He managed just 13 runs in his brief stay at the crease. Fans mocked him for his brain fade moment.

His opening partner Rohit Sharma contributed just 15 before Pat Cummins got better of him.
