Pakistan pacer Shaheen Afridi got married to Shahid Afridi’s daughter Ansha on Friday. The reception was attended by Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan and many other players.
They were engaged for two years. Shaheen is the third Pakistan player to tie the knot this year. Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan got married in January.
Afridi made his debut for Pakistan in 2018 and has become one of the best bowlers in a span of few years.
He has recovered from his knee injury and will participate in the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League.
Earlier, the young seamer missed the Asia Cup 2022 but played in the ICC T20 World Cup. However, he was injured again in the final against England.
Afridi missed the Test series against England and games with New Zealand.
