Former India captain MS Dhoni has a liking for pets. He recently welcomed a new member in the family, a pet parrot. Sakshi Dhoni shared an adorable picture in which the legendary cricketer can be seen having tea along with a parrot on his shoulders.
Dhoni has named the parrot ‘Honey’. “Mahi” and his “Honey” ! ❤️ #chaidates,” she wrote. Mahi was with Team India for the ICC T20 World Cup. He worked as a mentor but his association with the national team was not fruitful as the Men in Blue failed to qualify for the semi-finals.
Earlier, he led Chennai Super Kings to fourth IPL tittle. The Men in Yellow defeated Kolkata Knight Riders in the finale. Dhoni is expected to lead the franchise in the new edition in 2022.
