The upcoming India-West Indies white-ball series will be very important for former India skipper Virat Kohli.

Despite being sacked in an unpleasant way, Virat Kohli has offered his full support to new limited-overs skipper Rohit Sharma. The 33-year old went on to say that he would happily accept the decisions of the new skipper and the head coach Rahul Dravid.

He also cleared the air around his relationship with Rohit. Kohli’s words have impressed Salman Butt.

“It was very sensible from Virat, and both Rohit and Kohli have been match-winners for the team. You expect them to deal with the situations in a proper way. It is great Virat has given his support to Sharma,” said Butt.

Earlier, Virat said that he would continue to push the team in the right direction. “I will push the team in the right direction regardless of my position in the team,” he added.
