In the first ODI between India and South Africa, Virat Kohli scored 51 off 63 balls. He hit three boundaries and scored his runs at a strike rate of 80. He looked set for his 71st international hundred but was dismissed by Tabraiz Shamsi.
Former South Africa pacer Allan Donald feels Virat will certainly find his form back. “Every great in the past has expreienced slump and Kohli is not new to it. “Is Virat invincible? No. Even Steve Smith is struggling for runs. I know Virat’s standards, and I am sure he will be back at some point, said Donald.
The former India skipper scored his last hundred in 2019. Despite crossing a score of fifty on numerous occasions, the 33-year old has not touched the three-figure mark.
