Royal Challengers Bangalore is one of the most followed franchises in the Indian Premier League. Ahead of the mega auction in December, the management retained three players – Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell and Mohammed Siraj.
However, Danish Sait, who is associated with the Bangalore-based franchise, had a hilarious take on the retentions. The popular stand-up comedian, who plays Mr. Nags on the RCB Insider Show, revealed himself as the fourth retention.
“Extremely sad that cricket publications and journalists have spread misinformation regarding only 3 retentions at RCB, there are 4, Mr. Nags is retained. I hope the generalists will propagate the news and amplify this announcement,” he wrote.
