Former India cricketer Rahul Dravid - now head coach of the national team - has denied reports that he will be a part of the BJP's Yuva Morcha meeting.

Rahul Dravid has set his eyes on the World Test Championship Final, which will be played in 2023. India were the runners-up in the inaugural edition of the tournament.

The Virat Kohli-led team lost to New Zealand in the finale in England.

The three-match series against South Africa is a part of WTC, and a win over here would boost India’s chances of making it to another final of the prestigious trophy.

In a press conference on the eve of the first Test, the new head coach revealed the goal he has set for the players.

“WTC Final is also in our mind. Hopefully, we keep improving and move towards our goal,” he said.

The first Test between India and South Africa is scheduled to start from December 26.
