Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer has won the toss and elected to bowl first against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL 2025 Final. “We will bowl first. I feel it is an amazing day. The crowd is electrifying. The boys are in brilliant shape. You will get the best result if you stay calm. This is what I have been saying in my interviews. It is a big occasion, and we will play like a final. It is going to be a tremendous achievement if we lift the trophy,” Shreyas Iyer said.
RCB skipper Rajat Patidar wanted to bowl first as well. “We also wanted to bowl first. The surface looks hard, and we will have to put a big score on the board. We have played good cricket. It is another game for us. It is a big stage, but we are taking it as an away game. The pitch looks good,” Rajat Patidar said.
