Royal Challengers Bangalore have become the worst franchise in the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League. They have lost four consecutive games and the margins have been big.

Former India opener Aakash Chopra has taken a dig at the Bangalore-based franchise. He feels WPL has become a four-team tournament.

UP Warriorz defeated them by 10 wickets in the most recent game. Batting first, the Smriti Mandhana-led team was dismissed for 138 in 19.3 overs.

Ellyse Perry (52) and Sophie Devine (36) were the only performers with the bat. UP Warriorz completed the task in 13 overs with Alyssa Healy scoring an unbeaten 96 off 47 balls, laced with 18 fours and a six.

“RCB’s fourth consecutive loss has made the #TataWPL a 4-team tournament. They haven’t won a single game. These heavy defeats are killing them in the NRR game. Pehla Saal. Bure Haal,” Aakash Chopra wrote on his Twitter handle.
