Pakistan have been beaten by India and Australia in the last two games, with players looking out of touch. Former India player Harbhajan Singh feels Pakistan batters will struggle in front of Afghanistan spinners in Chennai.

The Men in Green started their ICC World Cup 2023 campaign with a win over the Netherlands and Sri Lanka but lost the way.

They will be taking on Afghans in a bid to stage a comeback in the global tournament. However, Bhajji doesn’t rate them highly.

“Pakistan batters don’t know how to take singles. Afghanistan spinners will cause a lot of problems. Pakistan play good in T20Is but not in ODIs. I don’t think they will be able to beat Afghanistan,” he said.

Afghanistan have Mujeeb-ur-Rahman, Rashid Khan, and Mohammad Nabi, who can spin the web around the rival numbers.
