During the discussion, the anchor also reminded him about his 'laadla' comment about India.

Former Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Hafeez on Monday slammed James Faulkner for his false allegations over payment dispute. Faulkner, who played six matches for Quetta Gladiators, left the Pakistan Super League 2022 midway after accusing the PCB and PSL of not honouring his contract and lying to him.

Speaking to Samaa TV on the matter, Hafeez admitted that he was disappointed with Faulkner’s claims with whom he had shared the dressing room last season.

Hafeez further said that he hasn’t seen a player in last seven seasons who has accused the PCB of not releasing his payments and the board should take action against the Aussie all-rounder.

“It really hurt as a Pakistani. Because the way we take care of our overseas player and respect them, I haven’t seen that in any part of the world. I shared the dressing with Faulkner and never expected this from him. The allegations are not true and Pakistan Cricket Board should take action against the player.”
