Imran Tahir is one of the best spinners in shorter formats of the game. The veteran of the game continues to bowl well in the T20 leagues across the globe. He is currently representing Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2021.
Tahir recently spoke about the World Test Championship final and picked India as favourites for the elusive title. “I think the answer is tough for this as New Zealand have been dark horses. However, I’ll still go with India because their youngsters and senior players have been doing well in Test cricket. So, they have a very strong chance of winning the World Test Championship final.”
The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) spinner also disclosed his first salary, which was 3000. “My first cricket salary, which I remember was 3000 which I received from the Wapta department, which I am really proud of,” he added.
He has retired from Test cricket and one-day internationals.
