Overview:
The minister stated that the incident should serve as a wake-up call for both officials and players, stressing the need for improved communication and security protocols in the future.
MP Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya has said that international players should inform local authorities while leaving their accommodations, following the alleged molestation of two Australian women cricketers in Indore.
“Players need to remember that whenever they step out, they should inform the local administration and ensure their security is in place, as there is a massive craze for cricketers in India,” Vijayvargiya told reporters.
The minister made a comparison with incidents he had personally observed, recalling how a famous English football player had his clothes torn off by fans at a hotel in England.
What can be more pathetic😡

This is not just about one comment it’s about how this government sees women.

When BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya calls sexual harassment a “fan moment,” it exposes the rot in power. I just want to ask him what should a woman do when she’s going out?
What should she wear? How… https://t.co/f5AvYXWaXm
Do you know why India is failing to attract foreign tourists despite being a beautiful country?
