Mohammad Amir to come out of retirement
Wahab Riaz, who has represented Pakistan across formats, has given a statement on Amir's likely return.

Mohammad Amir, who retired from international cricket two years ago after his tiff with Pakistan Cricket Board, is likely to return to cricket after the sacking of Ramiz Raja from the post of PCB chairman.

Amir stated that he was ready to represent his country, given Ramiz was removed from his post.

He even spoke against Waqar Younis, who was part of the coaching staff.

And now Wahab Riaz, who has represented Pakistan across formats, has given a statement on Amir’s likely return.

“We may see Mohammad Amir returning to play for Pakistan once again,” he told Samaa News.

Injuries to key fast bowlers have recently impacted the team’s performance. Shaheen Afridi, Naeem Shah, and Haris Rauf are currently out of action due to injuries.

Najam Sethi is the new chairman of the apex body in the country, with Shahid Afridi becoming the chief selector.
