Former England captain Michael Vaughan has lauded the quality in the Pakistan Super League.
According to him, the quality of players and fewer games than other T20 leagues in the world make it interesting, and a spectator wants a little bit more of it at the end.
“The Pakistan Super league has it spot on … High-quality players … Fewer games than other tournaments making it a few weeks shorter … It leaves you are wanting a little bit more at the end … Other tournaments don’t,” he wrote.
PSL has six franchises, with defending champions Multan Sultans being the best in the ongoing season of the tournament.
They won nine matches out of ten in PSL 2022, and the skipper Mohammad Rizwan has been lauded for the team’s exceptional performance.
Meanwhile, Karachi Kings led by Pakistan skipper Babar Azam finished last after losing nine matches.
