Rishabh Pant lost his cool on Harsha Bhogle when the latter asked about his Test and white-ball career. Harsha believed Pant, considered a shorter formats specialist, has done well in the longest format. Bhogle also told the Indian wicket-keeper batter that he had asked the same question, Virender Sehwag.
Rishabh said he was doing fine in white-ball cricket. Bhogle interrupted him, saying he didn’t mean that Pant was not performing well in the limited-overs formats but was making a comparison.
This led to another harsh reply from Rishabh, who told Harsha to make the comparison when he was 30-32.
His behavior with Harsha invited more backlash from the fans, who are already unhappy with him for his frequent failures.

Meanwhile, Pant was a big failure on the New Zealand tour and didn’t make even one valuable contribution despite being preferred over in-form Sanju Samson.
