Former England skipper and one of the most successful batters across formats, Kevin Pietersen, has again spoken on the state of the cricket in his country. The veteran has often slammed the biggies of English cricket, accusing them of wrong decisions that led to the downfall in players’ performance.
His old foe Andre Strauss is always on his hit list, and he is even not happy with the limited-overs skipper Eoin Morgan. The veteran was recently asked about joining England as their batting coach.
According to him, he would look into it and might take up the job one day.
Meanwhile, England were beaten 0-4 in the recently concluded Ashes 2021-22. The Pat Cummins-led team didn’t allow the visitors to settle down from Day 1 of the series and retained the trophy.
