The opening Test ended within two days with bot pace units dominating the batters.

South African speedster Kagiso Rabada is ready to target the Aussie batters in the Boxing Day Test against Australia, starting at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on December 26. The pacer said that the Proteas would not go down with a fight following a 6-wicket loss in Brisbane.

The opening Test ended within two days with both pace units dominating the batters.

“We bowled well in the first Test. We were on top of our game. The one thing we have is that we will never go down without a fight,” he said.

“Although Australia needed 34 runs to win the game, we took 4 wickets. We are here to play and give our best. It doesn’t matter what the situation is,” he added.

The right-arm fast bowler picked up eight wickets, four each in two innings. He removed Usman Khawaja, David Warner, Steve Smith, and Travis Head in the fourth innings.
