The 2007 World Cup victory was India's first major limited-overs trophy since the 1983 ICC Men's World Cup heroics.

Chennai Super Kings defeated Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1 of IPL 2021. Although CSK won the game by 4 wickets, the game went to the last over. MS Dhoni, the skipper of CSK, played a cameo to lead his team to the finale of the league.

With the game full of action and drama, some wants trended #Fixerskings on social. The target was the Chennai Super Kings, who were accused of fixing the match with the Rishabh Pant-led team. This trend caught the attention of Irfan Pathan, who slammed the fans for floating imaginary ideas on social networking sites.

“When MI was batting crazily few fans had some imaginary ideas, yesterday when Chennai won some fans again thinking on the same line. Guys, it’s good to be supporting your team, but when the other team is winning respect it, Admire how they play, and stop this imaginary nonsense!” Pathan wrote in a tweet.

The trend fell flat as three-time champions won the game in the end. CSK have played exceptionally well in the 14th edition of IPL.
